Already filled in. Read the Mission, Vision, Victory Framework, Core Values, Philosophy, Promise and Core Belief. Every decision below should point back here.

Add clients, prospects, mentors, referrers, partners. Tag each warm / hot / cold with a last-contact date. This is your Relationship Capital bank.
- 3Sales → Pipeline — turn relationships into revenue
Add live opportunities: company, decision maker, stage (Discovery → Proposal → Negotiation → Won), value, probability, next action. Every opportunity traces back to a person in Relationships.
- 4Marketing — top of the funnel
Log campaigns, content and channels that feed Discovery calls into Sales.
- 5Innovation — new products, offers, experiments
Ideas and pilots that will become future revenue categories.
- 6Board — governance & advisors
Board members, meeting notes, resolutions.

Every important decision: context, options, choice, expected outcome. Review weekly.
